Koh Tao and Koh Pha-Ngan

Home to a beautiful coral reefs teeming with marine life and pristine white sandy beaches, these two small islands in the Gulf of Thailand have attracted beach lovers and scuba divers from around the world for years. 

Although the islands are in Surat Thani province, they are closer to the coast of Chumphon province. The quickest way to get to Koh Tao and Koh Pha-Ngan is via boat from either Chumphon or Koh Samui.
