Terms and Conditions of Entry

Who can enter?
Entry is available to residents of NSW only, who are aged 18 years or older.

How to Enter
Entrants must complete the online entry form found on www.amazingthailand.com.au/thailandweek/competition
Entrants can enter the competition once for your chance to win a return Sydney-Bangkok ticket from Thai Airways International or a luxury stay at one of the listed hotels.
The promotion ends midnight Sunday 31st May 2020. Winner drawn Monday 1st June 2020. The winner will be notified using the email provided by the Entrant.

Thailand Week Prizes
There are 2 prizes of Thai Airways International Tickets to be won at the end of the competition with the total value of A$3920.

• Travel can be ticketed from Sydney to Bangkok only on Thai Airways International. All tickets are valid for travel until 30 Jun 2021 and ticket validity is 3 months from the date of issue.
• All tickets must be claimed by 30 Sep 2020 and flights are subject to availability at the time of booking, all school holiday periods are excluded plus an embargo is in place for travel from 15 Dec 2020 to 31 Jan 2021.
• All government taxes and surcharges are payable by the prizewinners prior to ticket issue. The estimated tax amount payable is $162 per person and this amount will fluctuate according to bank rates at the time of ticket issue. Payment by a credit card will incur a credit card fee of 1.5-3%.

Also there are 12 prizes of Hotel Packages to be won at the end of the competition with the total value of A$13789.

• All prizes are valid until 30 June 2021 excluding high and peak periods.
• All booking terms and conditions apply as per individual Hotel Packages and Offers.
• The Hotel Package is a single-use and is not valid with other discount cards or promotional programs.
• All Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
• All prizes are not redeemable for cash or other forms of credit.
