Booking conditions

• Valid for 365 days
• The Packages is valid for 02 (two) adults. Additional supplements apply for children.
• Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menu items are subject to the hotel’s discretion/policy.
• Airport transfers are not private and there may be other guests sharing the vehicle.
• Daily cocktails are served at Firefly bar from 2 – 5 pm.
• Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged 12- 15 years old) or 3 adults only. See the ‘Child Policy’ for details.
• Child Policy: minimum age is 12 years old. Up to two children may stay for a surcharge of AUD 90 per child per night, sharing sofa bed with breakfast and daily dining inclusions.
• Children supplement must be booked directly with the hotel and are not included in the package rate.
• Baby Policy: not allowed in Spa Pool Pavilions villas
• Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or on existing reservations.
• Buy Now Book Later: flexibility to choose your travel dates – within the book by and validity period and subject to availability.
• Any unused portion of the package is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash.
• Blackout dates: Not valid for travel from 21 December 2021 – 10 January 2022
• Booking confirmation must be presented at check-in.
• The package cannot be split, the offer is only available for consecutive nightly stays.
• Multiple packages can be purchased and combined for an extended stay. Upgrade to 5 Nights Stay at AUD 715 or 7 Night Stay at AUD 1,429.
• Additional expenses are not included with this package.
• All activities and services are subject to availability.
• The package is nonrefundable, amendments after reservation date confirmation may incur in fees at hotel’s discretion/policy.
